Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. We visually inspect your property with a comprehensive checklist and generate a digital report that will be sent to you following each visit. If we notice anything wrong or see any maintenance items that need to be taken care of, we will make note of that and work to get it resolved.

Estate Management services are for those who want us to manage every aspect of maintenance and upkeep that their property needs. We serve as the primary point of contact with routine maintenance providers and handle scheduling and payment. This is the most hands-off approach to home maintenance.

Additional Services

We offer concierge services to our clients who sign up for the home care program. You can request specific services from us such as grocery shopping before you come into town or being at your house to take delivery of a package when you’re not there.
