Home inspections are conducted on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. A home watch professional performs a thorough visual inspection of the entire property guided by a checklist. Once the visual inspection is complete, a digital report is sent directly to you for your records. The report includes a home checklist, any additional notes, and pictures to document anything that comes up during the visit.

If the home watch professional notices anything concerning, they make note of that in the report and we will suggest a course of action to resolve the problem. We have a client portal where you will be able to view upcoming appointments, request and approve services, and make payments.
