Ross Built takes great pride in its deep ties to Anna Maria Island. Lee and Greg Ross always knew they would return to this special place. But first they gained invaluable experience working throughout the United States for Fortune 100 companies and others, honing their business skills, while also seeing the world.

In 2002, Lee and Greg were thrilled to return home to Anna Maria Island, eager to give their sons, Jake and Andrew, the same close-knit community experience that Greg had growing up here. Both Jake and Andrew grew up immersed in the business and are now indispensable members of the Ross Built team. They fully understand the dedication and responsibility that comes with working in a family business, and like their parents, they take immense pride in their work, ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly and upholds the high standards Ross Built is known for.

Lee has always had a remarkable eye for design and a comprehensive understanding of construction. Her keen sense of quality and style is integral to the client experience, ensuring smooth communication between clients, project managers, and interior designers. Her collaborative nature, attention to detail, and passion for design all contribute to Ross Built's unwavering commitment to excellence.
