Our primary goal is to reduce your risk as a homeowner. Unoccupied homes are put at a much greater risk than primary residences. One small leak going unaddressed for a month or two could be catastrophic. Our purpose is to minimize the amount of risk associated with an unoccupied home. We do this by regularly checking on your house and doing our best to be your home care advocate in your absence. We look after your property as if it were our own.
